What You'll Do:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the commercial management and rental administration of our REWE stores.
  • You will review and create utility and turnover rent statements.
  • You will also support the implementation of billing structures for new properties.
  • You will check invoices from service providers and approve them.
  • Protecting legal interests from the rental agreement, as well as rent accounting and debt management, are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will communicate with authorities and various internal interfaces.

What We're Looking For:

  • Your successfully completed training as a real estate clerk or alternatively a commercial training with several years of professional experience in the independent management of real estate.
  • Your proficient use of MS Office and ideally your experience with SAP RE (FX).
  • Your strong service mentality and resilience, as well as your structured, meticulous and independent way of working.
  • Your team spirit and good communication skills round off your profile.
