The ASE Certified Master Technician possesses advanced expertise in diagnosing complex automotive issues, repairing a wide range of systems, and mentoring less experienced technicians.
This position requires extensive technical knowledge, mastery of diagnostic tools, and a commitment to exceptional workmanship.Responsibilities:

Complex Diagnostics and Repair:
- Troubleshoot and repair intricate issues across all major vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, drivetrain, suspension, and HVAC.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and interpret complex technical data.
- Research and implement new repair techniques as needed.
Mentorship and Training:
- Guide and train other technicians, sharing expertise and problemsolving strategies.
- Assist in evaluating technician skillsets and identifying development areas.
Technical Consultation:
- Provide technical advice to service advisors and assist in communicating complex repairs to customers.
Quality Assurance and Efficiency:
- Perform quality checks on completed repairs to ensure high standards are met.
- Work efficiently to meet service deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay uptodate on the latest automotive technologies and repair procedures.
- Maintain current ASE Master Technician status and pursue additional specialized certifications.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience as an automotive technician.
Certifications:
- Current ASE Master Technician certification status with a minimum of five ASE specialty certifications.
- Manufacturerspecific certifications are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated mastery of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures across various makes and models.
- Expertise in utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and software.
Leadership and Communication:
- Ability to effectively train and mentor other technicians.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical issues and collaborating with service advisors.
Other:
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Compensation:
- $25-$35/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
