KVP Manager (mIwId) Trade Logistics

Our client is an internationally successful trading company with over 20 warehouse locations in Germany. All units have one goal: to put the customer at the center. The employees contribute significantly to the success with their commitment and passion. Become part of the Lean team and coach the specialists and managers at the individual locations. As KVP Manager (mIwId), influence the national development of the warehouse locations.

Location: North Rhine-Westphalia (mobile work) | Start date: according to personal availability

Responsibilities:

Introduction and further development of Lean Management within the locations
Conducting training programs and best practice events in the logistics centers
Supporting logistics managers and employees in the implementation and implementation of Lean principles
Follow-up on applied Lean methodologies
Regular visits to warehouses in terms of modified and evolving Lean measures

Requirements:

You have completed training/studies in business administration, logistics, or similar
You have extensive experience in the logistics field, for example in production or in trade
