- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of insurance products and policies is a plus.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining insurance policies to clients.
- Assist clients in filing and tracking insurance claims, guiding them through the claims process with empathy and efficiency.
- Handle policy changes, including updates to personal information, coverage adjustments, and other modifications.
- Resolve client complaints professionally and in a timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
