JOB SUMMARY
Focus Services is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team.

Your missionshould you choose to accept itis to field calls, answer questions, explain product information, and provide customers clarity on their accounts


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Field inbound calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to and resolve customer questions
  • Research possible solutions to customer issues
  • Sell / Up sell products on customer's account
  • Retain customers wanting to cancel
  • Deescalate angry customers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multitask
  • The ability to type 25 wpm
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Skill to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to handle a high stress environment
  • Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Must pass a Background and Drug test
