- Liaison with EWA's partners and maintain business and technical relationships between EWA and its partners; Continue to build strong relationships with other partners and our DoD customer
- Maintain appropriate security measures based on DoD and EWA protocols
- Oversee EWA's Colorado Springs operations while developing an understanding of all systems involved (i.e mechanical, electrical, RF, etc.)
- Assist in growing EWA's operations in Colorado
- Assist the EWA Program Manager in reporting and risk reduction in various projects, relay relevant information from partners and customers to the project development team
- Provide leadership and management of Colorado engineering team
- As Site Operations Manager you will be required to coordinate with all parts of the project team to identify risks and facilitate product delivery and integration to the customer. Additionally, the Site Operations Manager will provide recommendations to the Program Manager to manage cost over and under runs.
- Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering technical field or Business is desired. MS or MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience providing project management, including managing funds and staffing resources, supporting complex development efforts in a dynamic environment is required.
- Site Lead must be proficient in writing technical and programmatic documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Site Lead must be highly proficient in both speaking and writing the English language.
- Previous experience with DoD related programs and Delivery Orders is highly desired.

POSITION SUMMARY
EWA Warrior Services is seeking a Site Operations Manager who will work from a partner facility in Colorado Springs, CO to support and progress ongoing joint projects between the two companies. The successful candidate will work closely with our partner's engineers, project managers, and various other personnel while keeping EWA apprised of ongoing progress and issues. Selected candidate will work in conjunction with multi-disciplinary teams in Colorado Springs, CO and Huntsville, AL
