    Walker's Renton Mazda has an immediate need for Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high volume dealership Average Sales Salary Earnings $90,000 - $150,000 annually Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants, Call Centers, Retail? We will train and develop you

    We need motivated, organized, customer service-oriented Sales Associates. We believe that good long-term Sales Associates are an investment for the future success of the company. This attitude is reflected with our pay plan, which is one of the best in the industry We always look within the company first when a higher-level position becomes available with several of our department managers having started out in entry level positions.

    What We Offer

    • Commission + Bonuses pay structure Up to 35% commission and weekend spiffs.
    • Average Sales Salary Ranges: $90,000 - $150,000 annually
    • Special incentives above and beyond pay plan
    • Monthly income directly from Mazda- Manufacturer pays salespeople directly, based on units and customer satisfaction rating
    • Medical/vision insurance for employee only coverage (optional buyup plan available). No waiting period
    • Immediately eligible for 401(K) retirement plan with employer match

    • Two consecutive days as well as paid time off

    • Professionalism - You are the face of the company and brand. Represent it well.
    • Product knowledge – The vehicles are always changing/improving. Keep up to date with the latest.
    • Customer focus – Striving for high customer satisfaction, going out of our way to be helpful and pleasant, making it as easy as possible on the customer.
    • Communication – Balancing listening and talking. Speaking and writing clearly and accurately.
    • Drive – Set monthly goals, hold yourself accountable, work with manager on how to achieve them.
    • Collegiality – Being helpful, respectful, approachable and team oriented, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Drug free
    • Flexible schedule
    • Willingness to learn
