Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sponsored Residential Caregiver. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in YOUR home setting. Duties:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and wellbeing of residents.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their overall happiness and quality of life.
• Implement individualized care plans based on the specific needs and preferences of each resident.
• Ensure that residents' rights are respected and upheld at all times.
• Create a safe and comfortable environment for residents, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the home.
• Assist with memory care techniques for residents experiencing cognitive decline.
• Safely lift and transfer residents using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as needed.
• Utilize electronic systems to document resident care activities accurately.

Skills:

• Previous experience in caregiving or home care is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of resident rights and understanding of personcentered care principles.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.


Pay:
$2, $5,000.00 per month
