Quality Inn and Suites is looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team at
Anaheim, CA.


Responsibilities:


  • Greeting and checking in guests
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Checking guests in and out to the facility
  • Taking reservations for the day's schedule of tours, events, activities, etc.
  • Answering phones
to respond to inquiries regarding reservations and guest services.

  • Answering inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure proper reception of guests.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly reception area.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $18.75 per hour
