Production Team Leader - Three Shifts

  • Reute (near Freiburg), DE, Fulltime
    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As a team leader*, you will lead a shift team in the SMD (Surface Mounted Device) area with multiple SMD lines, both disciplinarily and professionally
  • You ensure timely production of complex series and preseries products with high quality standards
  • You test and analyze various setup concepts
  • You are responsible for proactive capacity and resource planning and manage production orders
  • You and your team are responsible for continuously optimizing and increasing efficiency in production
  • Initiating quality measures and identifying and implementing improvement potentials are part of your responsibilities
  • You actively work on process optimization to ensure quality, reduce production and quality costs, and introduce digital production processes
  • You initiate and coordinate maintenance, repair, and optimization of equipment and fixtures in the SMD area
  • You actively participate in various projects

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have completed training as an electrical technician*, industrial foreman*, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional and industry experience in SMD production and personnel management
