We are looking for an apprentice real estate agent (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Buchloe, Somerset.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing our beverage stores from A-Z
  • Monitoring and controlling operating and ancillary costs
  • Commissioning and coordinating craftsmen and other service providers
  • Processing real estate and location offers and examining the competitive environment
  • Maintaining master data and managing existing lease agreements
  • Managing service contracts, checking invoices, and cost controlling

What you'll need:

  • At least a middle school diploma
  • Ability to approach others openly
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Motivation and initiative
  • Communication skills
