    Flexible Work Schedules
    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position requiring an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

    The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models to drive efficiency and innovation within the Engineering industry.

    This role requires a high level of proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, AWS, Kafka, and Linux. Develop, validate, and maintain advanced machine learning and statistical models using Python.

    Use big data and machine learning to build predictive models and to find insights within unstructured and structured data sets.

    Implement data-driven solutions based on advanced ML and optimization algorithms to tackle business problems.
    Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
    Develop tools and integrate them with other platforms to retrieve and analyze data.
    Design and develop software and data pipelines on large-scale data sets.
    Work in a Linux environment and script in Bash/Python for data extraction and manipulation.
    Continually learn and grow with new technologies and tools in machine learning and data science.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
    Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
    Proficiency in Python, with a strong grasp of machine learning algorithms.
    Experience with AWS cloud services: Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
    Strong knowledge of Linux operating system and scripting in Bash/Python.
    Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models in production.
    Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
