Our focus is on the development and realization of residential projects.


For our West region, with offices in Düsseldorf and Cologne, we are looking for an experienced, pragmatic, and strong leader as a (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey residential construction.

In this role, you will have overall technical responsibility for the projects you manage, including all building and construction services.

You will act as a cross-functional and coordinating function for all execution-related areas of the project, reporting to the Technical Director of the region and supporting them in organizational and strategic questions in the technical department.


Your responsibilities:

  • Technical and economic planning and process optimization of our turnkey residential projects in collaboration with project development (between LP 4 and 5 of the HOAI)
  • Independent management of residential construction projects from the planning phase to final completion (from LP 5 of the HOAI)
  • Conducting contract negotiations with subcontractors and preparing contract recommendations in collaboration with the Tendering & Procurement department
