The
Middletown _Beyond the Bell_
Summer Enrichment Camp is designed to keep children learning and having fun during the summer with daily recreational activities, arts and crafts, and games, and weekly special events for students who will be entering grades 1-5 in the fall 2023.

The Summer Enrichment Camp will be theme based, keeping the summer fresh and exciting.

The program offers recreational and thinking activities, designed to strengthen participants' minds and bodies and keep students active and learning in the summer.

Students have the opportunity to explore a variety of planned activities and special events each week.

The Middletown _Beyond the Bell_ Summer Enrichment Camp is coordinated with the Middletown Public Schools summer academic intervention program to allow students to access both services as needed.


MCOZ Camp Teacher Assistant:


  • Support the MCOZ Camp Lead Teacher with daily learning and experiential activities, classroom management, individual student support needs.
  • This position will also have arrival, dismissal, lunch, and recess duties.
  • Teacher Assistants may be assigned to a specific group or may float between classrooms to support needs as they arise.

Qualifications:

High School/GED required. Experience working with children.


Schedule:
There are full day and half day positions available.

July 1- August 2, 202- Full time Positions - 7:45-4:00 Mon-Friday. Total of 37.5 hours per week

  • Part time Positions 11:00 4:15 Mon-Thurs, 7:454:15 Friday. Total of 29 hours per week.
August - August 9, 202- Full time Positions - 7:45-4:00 Mon-Friday. Total of 37.5 hours per week
