Description

The Regional Manager will be required to ensure our collision center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Kaizen's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards

5+ Years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
Previous leadership experience required
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
Must be able to pass all preemployment screenings including background and MVR checks
Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
Must have prior experience with CCC
Ability to report on financials a must
Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
Be able to understand instructions written and verbally
Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fastpaced environment
Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
Ability to do consistent physical activity reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
