Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our work and drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase community engagement.
Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for marketing initiatives
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Experience:
- Proven experience in copywriting, advertising sales, or sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, law firm expxerience a plus
- Proficient in HTML5 and other web design tools
- Experience with product management and content marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is desired
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This is a paid position.
Pay:
$65, $70,229.00 per year
