This position functions as a integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice. Oversees the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members. Leads clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Ensures compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
