    Job DescriptionThe Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor is an integral member of the clinic leadership team in bringing the professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group and upholding the standards of clinical practice.

    Position is responsible for the oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.

    In addition, this position is responsible for the oversight and supervision of clinical quality, ensuring state and federal compliance and clinical support patient care services are provided in an efficient and safe manner that is consistent with clinical best practices.

    Required Qualifications:
    Graduation from an accredited school of nursing


    Upon hire:
    National Provider BLS - American Heart Association


    Upon hire:
    Oregon Registered Nurse License. 3 years Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting. 1 year In a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting. Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment. Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree Nursing or related field.

    The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
