Description

• Conduct six walking patrols per shift, each lasting 30-35 minutes, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the community.
• Document safety hazards, report any suspicious activities, and take appropriate measures to deter potential security threats.
• Reinforce community rules and regulations, ensuring residents adhere to established guidelines.
• Obtain and document the unit numbers of residents for efficient communication and community familiarity.
• Enforce parking regulations and handle violations in accordance with community policies.
• Respond promptly to service calls from residents, addressing security concerns and providing assistance as needed.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and maintain vigilance at driveway and pedestrian gates.
• Generate comprehensive Daily Activity Reports (DAR) detailing observations and actions taken during each shift.
• Must be available to work

• Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in security roles.
• Possession of a smartphone for effective communication and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to ensure prompt attendance to shifts.

• Three professional references demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Successful completion of a security assessment.

A $300 sign-on bonus will be paid out as follows: $150 after 90 days of successful employment and an additional $150 after completing 6 months with Four Peaks Security.
