Your responsibilities

Managing correspondence with customers and suppliers for coordination issues
Conducting account reconciliations and clarifications
Maintaining master data in the accounts payable area
Responsible for coding and posting incoming payments, processing open items, and managing reminders
Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Supporting process optimizations

Your profile

Completed commercial training and several years of experience as an accounts payable accountant
Proficient in MS Office and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Independent and goaloriented work style
Strong team and communication skills
Desirable knowledge of Amondis or DATEV
