As a Test Manager at Prairie City, you will be responsible for managing the testing process, planning and coordinating tests, and analyzing and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will also be in charge of coordinating the execution of tests, managing approvals and documentation, and providing reports and analysis.

Your role will involve analyzing requirements, developing test scenarios and methods, and defining tests based on specifications.

You will also be responsible for specifying test cases, conducting and evaluating tests, and reporting on results and any necessary actions for optimization and error correction.

Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on the status, progress, and issues of individual functions, as well as continuously improving and developing test specifications.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechatronics, ideally with professional experience.

You should also have knowledge of testing methodology, automation, and management (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent), as well as experience with tools such as CANoe, vTESTstudio, EXAM, or dSPACE.

Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking and a high level of self-responsibility and independent work within a project team are also important qualities for this role.

Additionally, you should possess strong teamwork skills, as well as the ability to assert yourself and communicate effectively. Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is also required.
