New York City's charming Olio e Più is coming to Washington D.C.


Olio e Più is looking for an _experienced_ and _passionate_
Beverage Manager who is responsible for leading all team members in running an efficient and profitable operation, assisting with developing the beverage menu, managing day-to-day bar operations, maintaining high bar standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment.

Essential functions:

  • Ensures, and is accountable for, the profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling the cost of goods by maintaining and utilizing daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting tools
  • Oversee ordering, GL management, and/or inventory for certain supply categories
  • Oversees all cash management functions; Maintains proper loss prevention standards, including reviewing cash handling procedures, deposits, and safe procedures
  • Manages bar employees in their daily responsibilities, providing clear, effective direction
  • Conduct DOH walkthroughs multiple times per day when on duty to ensure DOH compliance; Address all DOH violations immediately
