We are a local company that has been making soap, candles, and skincare products with plant-based ingredients for 14 years.

We believe nature holds the key to happiness and carefully handcraft over 150 products, all made with love.

We are opening part of our workshop, in downtown Plainfield, as a retail store on select days and times per week and are hiring sales associates for this position.

Associates are required to work at least one weekend shift per week. This is a part-time position.

If you are passionate about eco-friendly bath, body, and skincare products, have a natural ability to start friendly conversations with our guests, and would enjoy talking about and demonstrating our products, then this might be the job for you

A Sales Associate represents the company and assists customers by assessing their needs and helping them find the right products._

Position Responsibilities:_

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to every customer by welcoming them into the store, and engaging in conversation to recommend products based upon their needs
• Stay uptodate and knowledgeable about our products
• Keep displays, products, signs, and work areas clean and organized
• Restock product, meeting visual merchandising standards
• Operate a register system, balance drawer
• Package, label, and ship products
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Meet store goals and objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Dexterity of hands and fingers
• Able to walk, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach with hands and arms, twist, balance, and bend at waist
• Ability to climb a step stool or ladder in order to stock or acquire product for sale
• Not sensitive to smells and fragrances

• Successful completion of our training program within the first two weeks of hire
