Little Champs Therapy & Yoga is dedicated to delivering top-tier pediatric therapy services for children with special needs within community settings.

Our comprehensive offerings include Pediatric Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Additionally, we integrate Yoga and Music experiences into our sessions to maximize the impact on the child's outcomes.

At Little Champs, we are actively seeking a Registered Behavioral Therapist who is diligent, possesses a genuine love for children, is dedicated and passionate, and is willing to adapt to the unique needs of our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and work in collaboration with other team members and therapists
  • Work with clients on a onetoone basis to deliver therapy
  • Maintain electronic treatment records and progress reports using webbased therapy software
  • Building/maintaining rapport with the child and keeping uptodate with program goals/changes for each client
  • Record CPT codes in our EMR system
  • Provide quality, personalized, and evidencebased care and proven interventions
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support
  • Participate within an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:


  • Must hold RBT certification and have experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • A minimum of 1year of experience providing ABA services to children
  • Experience working with children with varying disabilities
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations throughout a workday as needed
  • Willingness to work variable hours including daytime and evenings
  • CPR certification
  • Liability and Car insurance
  • Level II Background required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable, motivated, creative, dependable
**PLEASE NOTE: RBT position requires availability until 7pm


Job Types:

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
