Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal/ Office Assistant to our home based businesses.
The Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within multiple business and day to day activities.
This is a Part-time position.We are a home based company that run 4 different businesses and we are looking for someone who can help support wherever it is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe and proofread documents as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, daily flow of staff
- Utilize tools such as DocuSign, Google Suite, and Google Calendar to manage documents and schedules
- Assist with office management tasks including maintaining supplies, organizing files, and managing office equipment
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion
- Direct support for the business Manager and or Owner.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in using technology tools such as DocuSign, Google Suite, and Google Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

$ $19.00 per hour
