Operational Manager (m/f/d) Freight Forwarding

Your task

In this position, you are responsible for ensuring, optimizing and ensuring the smooth running of the operational processes in the handling hall at the Ulm location.

Disciplinary and professional management of the employees under your supervision in the handling hall
Planning and controlling shift operations, including personnel planning
Management and maintenance of the fleet and machinery used
Compliance with the agreed service levels with customers
Ensuring and continuously optimizing processes in terms of quality and costs according to requirements
Risk assessments (including ensuring "first aid" and arranging occupational medical measures)
The holder of the position will be assigned the duties of an entrepreneur (according to § 9 para. 2 no. 2 OwiG, § 15 para. 1 no. 1 SGB VI), which are the responsibility of the entrepreneur
