Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide essential support to healthcare professionals in a office setting. Your primary responsibilities will include patient care, medical administrative support, and assisting with various medical procedures.

Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
- Take patient vital signs, record medical history, and update patient charts
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and medications
- Administer medications under the supervision of a healthcare professional
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and common areas
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in medical administrative tasks, including electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
