    **Dispatch Customer Service Representative**

    Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of daily scheduled service appointments and dispatching teams of residential service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Keep regular, clear communication with multiple ALLO departments. When necessary, assisting residential customer service representatives with in/outbound customer phone calls, while providing outstanding ALLO customer service in an exciting call-center environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Prioritize appointments according to urgency or importance.

    Receive and dispatch orders for installation or service.

    Communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments and leadership.

    Monitor status of field techs to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.

    Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.

    Assist with in/outbound phone traffic, when necessary.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience.

    EDUCATION:

    High school diploma

    EXPERIENCE:

    Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position

    Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience

    SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

    Excellent Customer Service Skills

    Excellent oral and written communications skills internally and customer-facing

    Strong interpersonal, teamwork, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

    Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities

    Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement

    Ability to remain approachable in a fast-paced environment

    Acceptance and respect for others and ability to see different perspectives

    Experienced in Microsoft Office
