Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support and supervision to children in the classroom
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Help create a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Engage children in ageappropriate activities and play
- Assist with mealtime routines and diapering/toileting as needed
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess children's development and progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, and preschoolaged children
- Ability to provide first aid and respond to emergencies as necessary
- Experience in babysitting, daycare, or similar roles is a plus
