Responsibilities:

Clean post-construction units, offices, turnover residences, and residential common spaces.

Perform general cleaning tasks.


Including but not limited to:

• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Cleaning baseboards, light fixtures, doorknobs, and doorframes.
• Wiping down all fixtures and finishes.
• Dusting grates and vents.
• Removing stickers and dried paint splashes.
• Removing trash and debris.
• Lifting items up to 25 lbs.

Requirements to get started:

• At least one year of experience cleaning homes or businesses
• Must have a valid driver's license
• US work authorization
• Proof of insurance coverage, including general liability
• Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies
• Smartphone required
• Two references from previous employers
• Clear background check (will be run by me)

Skills:

• Arrives at jobs on time
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Ability to work independently or with others and follow instructions
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Pay
You will be compensated based on job size, type, and number of cleaners required to complete the job.

Cleaning teams will receive 50% of the price charged to customers. This dollar amount will be split among the cleaners who worked to complete the job.

For example, Dirty Water Cleaning Co. books a post-construction deep clean job for a 2,500-square-foot unit. This job requires two cleaners to complete. The customer will be charged $800. Each cleaner will receive $200.

Bonuses:

After you successfully complete your first 100 jobs (i.e., arrive on time with no customer complaints or missed tasks) with Dirty Water Cleaning Co., you are eligible for a $1,000 bonus.

Additional Information:

Cleaning jobs can take place any day of the week between 8 am and 8 pm.
