Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accounts sheet of specifiers and log latest calls, samples, project information for Western Region of the United States
  • Assist with product demos / lunch and learns and lighting representative's product trainings.
  • Show product line to lighting specifiers and check in on key lighting specifiers and participate in project related calls. Collect feedback from lighting specifiers on products.
  • Attend Trade Shows, coordinate with marketing, attend and operate the trade show booth.
  • Follow Up with new leads and reach out after initial connection to support their why.
  • Attend factory visits and invite reps and specifiers to visit factory / and attend training.
  • Participate in networking and industry events & social gatherings.
  • Maintain or become a Professional Membership/Cred. LC certified.
  • Identify New Market Opportunities and proactively contact several lighting contacts per week.
  • Ensure lighting representatives are informed of product offerings, old and new.
  • As project questions come up, schedule Teams calls.
  • Facilitate orders for lighting sample requests and custom lighting requests.
  • Review order requests and communicate to account managers and other stakeholders including engineering and product development
  • Communicate/manage lead time expectations to customers and relay factory/production capacity.
  • Provide detailed support to the Regional Sales Managers and Lighting Sales Representatives to reach target sales numbers.
  • Review performance numbers, including quotes and orders.
  • Communicate positive/negative/new ideas.
  • Understand gaps in product offering.
  • Communicate gaps that are barriers to success.
  • Review new marketing collateral.
  • Strategic feedback and collaboration on cut sheets, brochures, website.
  • Send lighting quotes to lighting representatives and review orders for accuracy of data entry into ERP system, review drawings and bills of materials for accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
