    Description

    About the Position:

    • This position is for the Heritage Club at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.
    • Flexible employees may work up to 40 hours per week with no guaranteed hours or benefits.
    • Able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift/carry objects up to 15 pounds.
    • Responsibilities include operating a full-service bar, mixing and serving a variety of drinks, preparing garnishes, and managing bar operations.
    • Must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and be able to handle cash transactions.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Open to all applicants with relevant experience in mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale.
    • Ability to handle cash, communicate effectively, and interact with customers.
    • Experience with inventory management and completing cash handling procedures.
    • Must be attentive to identifying intoxicated or disruptive patrons.

    Additional Information:

    • Preference will be given to U.S. Citizens and non-U.S. Nationals meeting specific residency requirements.
    • Applicants born after 1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
    • Position involves Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) activities for the Air Force and Space Force.
    • Union affiliation with AFGE, Local or Chapter Number 987.
