- College degree with course work in English, education, or training desired
- Excellent communication skills, including oral presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, HTML and the Internet
- Demonstrated skills in research and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively
- Ability to work as a member of a team and independently
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in Financial Services Retail Branch delivery and/or Call Center environment preferred
