REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:


  • College degree with course work in English, education, or training desired
2. 1-3 years of training and course development and design

  • Excellent communication skills, including oral presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, HTML and the Internet
  • Demonstrated skills in research and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in Financial Services Retail Branch delivery and/or Call Center environment preferred
