    Accounting Analyst - Hybrid
    Amazing hybrid opportunity for an Accounting Analyst to work for an established, leading global company in Raleigh

    What We Want:
    As the Accounting Analyst, you are a detail-oriented professional who is self-motivated and well organized. Planning, analyzing and calculating financial data come natural to you.

    As the Accounting Analyst, preference will be given to those with a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of accounting or property accounting experience, and a CPA candidate.

    You will have strong proficiency with MS-Excel.

    As the Accounting Analyst, prior experience with PDI or Tango software will set you apart.

    What You'll Do:
    As the Accounting Analyst, you will maintain files in accordance with lease agreements.

    You will enter lease information into the lease accounting system. The Accounting Analyst prepares all lease adjustments and recalculations.

    You will prepare ad hoc account analysis. The Accounting Analyst will ensure compliance and maintain financial security among other duties as needed.
