Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care and supporting the medical staff.

Duties:

• Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care, including taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and preparing patients for examinations
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
• Perform basic laboratory tests, such as collecting specimens and conducting routine screenings
• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments
• Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling insurance forms
• Assist with minor procedures and treatments under the supervision of healthcare providers
• Educate patients on selfcare techniques and provide instructions for medication administration
• Perform basic X-Ray procedures (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in patient care and customer service
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical administrative procedures
• Proficiency in taking vital signs accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred Benefits:
