    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management:
    Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and quality control. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    Team Leadership:
    Lead, motivate, and mentor field crews, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and exceptional workmanship.

    Client Satisfaction:
    Build strong relationships with clients, promptly address their needs and concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

    Resource Management:
    Optimize the use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and profitability.

    Quality Control:
    Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.

    Safety:
    Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

    Qualifications:

    Experience:


    Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.


    Leadership Skills:
    Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve high-performance levels.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management.

    Technical Skills:
    In-depth knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including plant care, irrigation systems, and equipment operation.

    Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

    Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and conditions.

    Additional Requirements:

    Valid Passport:
    Must have a valid passport for travel to and from the Bahamas.

    Clean Criminal Record:
    A background check will be conducted.

    Cultural Sensitivity:
    Openness to living in a tropical Caribbean setting and willingness to adapt to local customs and culture.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Competitive Salary:
    $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.

    Relocation Assistance:
    Financial support to help with the transition to the Bahamas.

    Housing Assistance:
    Help finding suitable housing in Nassau.

    Company Vehicle:
    Provided for work-related travel.

    Annual Bonus:
