We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties:


  • Perform comprehensive physical assessments of patients
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe medications and treatments, and monitor patient response and side effects
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, xrays and other diagnostic procedures
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and selfcare techniques
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Perform minor inoffice procedures
  • Perform venipuncture for blood collection

  • Proficiency in performing clinical procedures, such as wound care, suturing, and minor surgical procedures.
  • Competency in prescribing and managing medications, including knowledge of potential side effects and drug interactions.
  • Ability to order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, as well as communicate results to patients.
  • Skill in providing health education and promoting wellness and prevention.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for accurate recordkeeping and data management.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff.
  • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities to make informed clinical decisions.
  • An understanding and respect for cultural diversity to provide equitable care to all patients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in handling medical emergencies and providing immediate care in critical situations.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying uptodate with the latest medical advances and best practices.
  • Familiarity with medical coding practices
  • Competent in IV infusion therapy
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Job Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner
  • Current Arizona state licensure as a Registered Nurse Practitioner
  • 5 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in Family Medicine
