Our client is a successful, long-standing German tour operator based in Munich and the largest European provider of cultural tourism.

With around 350 permanent employees, they offer trips to more than 100 countries worldwide. They place a strong emphasis on promoting local culture and facilitating meaningful interactions with the people and places visited. As part of a succession plan, we are seeking a creative, team-oriented, and proactive Head (m/f/d) of Human Resources.


In this key role, you will act as a sparring partner for the management team and be part of the extended leadership circle.

You will be the first point of contact for managers and employee representatives on all relevant HR, labor, and social law issues, including compensation and benefits, as well as other strategic HR topics, particularly in the area of personnel development.

You see yourself as an active HR business partner and are committed to developing your team.

You will also actively incorporate new trends in HR work and be responsible for all aspects of modern personnel management, such as active sourcing, personnel development, succession planning, employer branding, new work, social media, and the advancement and digitalization of HR processes and tools.

As a driver for the development of the company culture, you will also promote value-based leadership and future-oriented personnel and organizational development, supported by a dedicated team of five employees.
