Responsibilities:

  • Managing the complete financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger, as well as coding and posting all ongoing business transactions
  • Processing timely payments and resolving open items
  • Responsible for account reconciliation and maintenance
  • Management of account and master data
  • Handling of reminders
  • Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial education with relevant work experience in accounting
  • Proficient in working with common MS Office products
  • Knowledge of balance sheet accounting and tax law
  • Reliability, commitment, and trustworthiness in handling numbers and documents
  • Motivation to independently take on tasks and work carefully.
