Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused part time weekend Night Auditor to join our team at a resort hotel.
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.
Duties:
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, charges, and payments
- Verify the accuracy of guest folios and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and cash flow
- Process guest checkins and checkouts during the overnight shift
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with guest services, including answering phone calls and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests
- Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of hotel phone systems and reservation software is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an asset
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities
