Responsibilities:
- As a tool mechanic, you will manufacture mold tools and accessories for the production of glass containers.
- You will work with metal using drilling, turning, milling, filing, and hammering techniques, ensuring precise measurements according to technical drawings.
- You will use measuring and testing equipment to check the accuracy of workpieces down to the range of a few thousandths of a millimeter.
- In addition to manual processing methods, you will also use CNC machine tools.
- You will assemble individual parts into finished tools and test them for proper functioning.
- You will maintain and repair worn tool parts, molds, and accessories.
Qualifications:
- Good secondary school diploma or high school diploma
- Manual dexterity
- Creative spatial thinking
- Understanding of technical processes
- Precise and accurate work style
- Teamwork skills
