As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional customer service.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or pointofsale (POS) systems
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

• Previous experience in plumbing and heating sales is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
• Proficient in using cash registers or POS systems
• Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
• Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers to make a purchase
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively
• Knowledge of layout design for creating attractive displays
