    Job DescriptionGeneral Manager for Neomonde Mediterranean Raleigh location.

    Founded over 40 years ago, Neomonde Mediterranean has a family spirit deeply rooted in both North Carolina and Lebanese history and culture.

    We seek to provide our guests with an experience we would give our own families.

    Everything on the menu is scratch made, healthy, homemade, and crafted with love and a deep connection to our roots.

    Our General Managers are one of our main brand ambassadors. We are seeking a strong, experienced General Manager with a passion for excellence and a drive for results.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    P&L Knowledge:
    Use your financial acumen to improve upon current processes and move the business forward. Develop and coach your team to understand their impact on the business.

    • Hire, Develop Recruit and Promote your Team: Grow our next leaders from within the family.
    • Exemplify & Deliver Outstanding Customer Service Experience.
    • Measure & Control all lines on the P&L to include food cost, labor cost, and operating supplies.
    • Perform administrative duties including ordering, scheduling, and processing new hire paperwork in conjunction with HR/ Accounting.
    • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the restaurants.
    • Inspire and lead your team to drive sales and consistently deliver strong results in FOH and BOH operations.
    • Ability to drive off-premise

    About You:

    • 3+ years of proven restaurant management experience.
    • Culinary knowledge, able to manage food cost and quality.
    • Proven financial measuring and monitoring skills. Sales Growth.
    • Forward thinking problem solver, heavy focus on how to grow the brand/location. Represent and Uphold the Family Brand and directives.
    • Strong leadership ability to hire, cultivate, and coach a team.
    • Thrive in a locally owned operation versus a corporate environment
