YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation of quality requirements for product optimization
  • Creation and optimization of work processes in production
  • Creation of assembly and rework instructions
  • Training of production employees
  • Point of contact for production employees for technical questions
  • Willingness and ability to also carry out production steps yourself (to test work processes and train production employees)
  • Troubleshooting and repair of production returns and development of optimizations to prevent errors

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed training as an electrician, electrical engineer or a comparable qualification
  • 2 years of professional experience, ideally in production and quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of electronics and general technical understanding
  • Experience in reading circuit diagrams and assembly plans
  • Close collaboration with other departments such as development and customer service
  • Soldering skills
  • Manual dexterity in handling sensitive electronic components, as well as mechanical parts (casing, rotors) and attaching (gluing) components
  • Precise and accurate work
