High Volume Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to join our team of superstars. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and various administrative duties.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Handle customers needs as they arise
• Cross sell
• Handle heavy phone call volume
• Assist with other administrative tasks
• Must be very prompt and personable

This position will report to the Office Manager. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Qualifications:

Must be licensed with P&C

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required. Must be able to learn new software programs quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required. Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.

Pay:
$30, $42,000.00 per year
