    Manufacturing Manager:

    Responsibilities:

    Department Management:
    Lead welding, fabrication, and CNC machining departments, overseeing supervisors.
    Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
    Implement best practices for process efficiency and waste reduction.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, shorten lead time, and improve quality.
    Lead process optimization projects using lean manufacturing principles.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Coordinate with engineering, procurement, customer service, and quality assurance departments.
    Participate in organizational goal-setting and initiatives.


    Performance Management:
    Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations.
    Address performance issues promptly and constructively.


    Safety Compliance:
    Promote a safety culture, enforce protocols, and conduct audits.
    Participate in safety committee activities.

    Qualifications:

    5+ years in manufacturing leadership, expertise in welding, fabrication, and CNC machining.
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
    Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
    Ability to split time between shop floor and office.
    Capable of reading blueprints and learning various software systems.
