- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Develop and conduct EHS training programs for employees at all levels to enhance awareness and encourage adherence to safety protocols.
- Establish and follow procedures for reporting and investigating EHS incidents, such as near-misses, accidents, and environmental spills.
- Coordinate with management and supervisors to ensure compliance with EHS framework or ISO standards where relevant.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with EHS regulations and company standards.
- Assist with customer EHS inquiries related to Field activities.
- Lead or assist in special projects including risk reduction initiatives, Gensuite management, and internal program audits.
- Collaborate and coach team members to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- The EHS Field Specialist must:

- Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, science, or a technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in EHS Administration or support roles.
- Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly.

Job Description
The EHS Field Specialist will show leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the NAM CMS Southeast and Caribbean team, as well as the NAM ES Caribbean team. This role involves implementing, maintaining, and enhancing all aspects of the company's EHS program, including compliance and health and safety program development. The ideal candidate will have the necessary experience to solve problems, set objectives for themselves and others, and contribute to short-term and long-term business goals and safe solutions for both our business and the customers we serve.
