We are looking for you to join our Material Management Gastronomy department at UKM starting on August 1st, 2024.
Duration of training: 3 years
The diverse gastronomy at UKM consists of the following areas: patient catering, cafeteria, bistro kiosk, vending machines, diet kitchen, main kitchen, bakery, picking zone, and the UKM Catering Herd and Seele with the restaurant Zum Dekan.
Your responsibilities:
- During your threeyear training, you will learn a variety of tasks
- Production of rye, wheat, mixed, and specialty breads, as well as various types of rolls
- Preparation of fine pastries made from puff, shortcrust, and yeast dough, such as brioche and pancakes
- Handcrafted dough preparation and processing
- Manual operation of stone ovens
- Adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
