Your tasks:

You work closely with other departments as well as the managers, sales representatives, and coaches of our Private Customers department.

You handle topics related to potential assessment, sales target control, sales planning, and potential acquisition. You support in the continuous analysis of sales activities and results to derive sales-supporting measures (including presentation and preparation for approval, e.g. through concept and decision-making). You participate in the development and implementation of concepts and measures to expand or optimize the private customer business (e.g. establishing the new advisory world and coaching approach, as well as professionalizing omni-channel consulting).
