    Position Title: Supervisor, Commercial Network Operations Center (CNOC)

    Salary Range: $60,000 to $100,000 annually (depending on experience)

    Job Summary:
    The Supervisor of the Commercial Network Operations Center (CNOC) oversees Ziply's infrastructure health. Responsibilities include ensuring uptime performance, growing the CNOC team, and managing network events.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and lead a team of CNOC Engineers
    • Coordinate team schedules
    • Provide training and mentoring
    • Review and resolve trouble tickets
    • Ensure timely customer communication
    • Document and enforce network monitoring policies
    • Lead process improvement initiatives
    • Troubleshoot incidents and provide technical support
    • Maintain 24/7 support
    • Offer after-hours assistance as needed
    • Conduct root cause analysis
    • Ensure a safe work environment
    • Assist with process improvements
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of leadership experience
    • Telecommunication Network Operations Center experience
    • Proficient in ticket management
    • Knowledge of switches, routers, and network protocols
    • Basic understanding of Ethernet and IPv4/IPv6
    • Familiarity with fiber optic network infrastructure
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Customer service-oriented

    Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

    Physical Requirements: Job may require bending, stooping, standing, or walking. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

    Work Environment: Primarily office-based with computer use.
